“International Event”
When international event began all my friends very excited to accepted it. And my class got a country. The country is Italy. They were preparing all about Italy like custom, foods, property, performance. They made clothe for a queen. And they made a drama for our performance.
For custom, to the king and queen they wear special clothes. And to perform they wore white clothes with green and red shawl. For food we cooked pizza and spaghetti. For property we used balloons, tassel, Italy’s flag and especially our symbol of D class English Department. The last for performance we took the popular story. It was “Romeo and Juliet”. Romeo is Suadi and Juliet is Wafa. They showed performance on stage in auditorium. That is beautiful a show.
When I saw they on the stage I really amazed. On chair I heard and attented all of students screaming saw that. And I heard one of students girl said in Korean language “oppa saranghae, onnie saranghae” it mean was “I love you brother and sister”. I just l laughed when heard it.
Around there is also many people to visit to our stand. And they bought foods or just took a picture in our photo box. They could also buy pizza and spaghetti. With 6000 rupiah and 3000 rupiah they got pizza and spaghetti is so cheap. And pay sincerely to took a picture.
So for other class there got India, Turkey, Indonesia, china, Japan, Korea, USA, Saudi Arabia countries. And I asked their to explain their country. First, for Japan they tell me they took modern culture and cosplay like anime. They also explained this is to showed all about Japan. Second, for Korea like similar to Japan. But Korea is the simple concept then Japan. They sold tteokbokki. It was popular food from Korea. the taste is spacy and flabby. Third, Saudi Arabia they took Mecca concept. There is ka’bah and pilgrimage. Fourth, I asked to India. They took traditional concept. They used “sari and shindor” like Indian people. They like people in the movie “kabhi kushi kabhi gam” was traditional.
The first event is rain. And they didn’t decorate our stand. It was bad for us. And we worked together to decorate our stand. Although the gross and juicy we keep spirit to made our stand clean and neat. But there just stay and looking what us do.
Sometimes felt annoyed and angry. But I just kept in mya heart. If I remember other friends with spirit, their trining, making custom, staying up, crying. It could be a little relieve me. And I hope they are always remember our moment when us work, smile, laugh, joke together. Although with crying and misunderstood we still keep feel between other and respect.
I proud to you all. Because in the last day event you can forgot it about your emotion. And you added one food in our menu to sold. And you could cook like me cooked with my partner in the stand. When rain came I saw you all kept our stand to as not to wet. I honestly still annoyed with you all and when the first and second day we not solidarity.
But the last day in auditorium we won and celebrate together is so beautiful and very emotive. When we took picture together and clean up together like all of mistake lost and fly away. I have felt happy when everything done and over.
And for event is very wonderful and imposing. All students can learn everything when the event began until finish. I like event like that. Because we can fell like in the real country in the world. We can visit to other stand and ask something or buy some foods or rent their clothes. It is a creative idea.
